Music Submission to RAVERADAR is a straight forward and very simple process that will make sure the right data is collected before our editorial team begin sharing your content in our platform.
A statutory license allows our websites and mobile applications to stream Music legally. All tracks played in our Radio Station are reported to the authorities in order to comply with Copyrights and Royalty regulations. We pay our fare to the Industry and for the love of Electronic Dance Music.

Artists, Record Labels, Music Publisher, Public Relations Executives, even your grandmother from a basement studio may send us Music for Radio Placement. However; to showcase the best content possible and to credit the creators accordingly, and also to avoid any copyright infringements or legal issues that may arise; the pitch must meet certain requirements and quality criteria
RAVERADAR is not liable for errors in the information provided, and by submitting your music you agreed to release RAVERADAR from any claims or dispute whatsoever. Please make sure to be registered with the Performance Royalty Organization (PRO) of your preference Before submitting your Music. RAVERADAR does not make any payments directly to the artists or representatives for that matter please contact your (PRO).
Its mandatory to comply with the following:
- Owning or Holding the Rights of the Music, Videos, Lyrics, and Artwork you are submitting.
- Be registered with a Performance Rights Organization.
- Send private stream Links only. for example: https://soundcloud.com/name/song
If your submission is considered a good fit then a signed release of claims will be required by our editorial team, we will contact you directly for this matter.
All music submissions are held for 10 business days time frame for consideration. If your submission is approved, our Music Supervisor will contact you. Please be prepared to send your bundle as .zip compressed file name as follows: artists-name-bundle-year.zip
Your bundle must include:
- Minimum 320kbps MP3 Files named properly: e.g: artist_name-track_name
- Artwork 4000×4000 Pixels (.PNG or .JPG)
- Text File with: Website Link and Social Media Links.
Your Release will be schedule in no particular order and it might be featured and played forever or for a limited time of minimum one grid cycle meaning a quarter of a Year (3 Months).
Before pitching your record please make sure all requirements mentioned above are met, otherwise your submission will not make the cut to the grid. Once ready then Submit your Music
Radio Placement is free, no charges apply for this service, However your contribution is very appreciated and it keeps our License active and the music on.
